I wanted to let everyone know that I am very sorry for not updating my posts or checking comments over that past few months.  I did warn you I have major ADD sprinkled with a touch of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder so I’m not that sorry   I completely neglected this blog for way too long. I wanted to let everyone know my wife and I are still swinging. I have a few posts that I wrote a couple of months ago but never published I will get up soon. I also have some interesting new stuff to add. Stay tuned and as always thanks for reading and commenting.
